This policy outlines the procedures for copyright holders to notify us of alleged infringement and for users to respond to such notices.
It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the Donald Trump Gesundheit website or through our services, please notify our Designated Copyright Agent as set forth below.
Filing a DMCA Infringement Notice
To file a DMCA infringement notice with us, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following:

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that the material removed or to which access was disabled is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notification containing the following information to our Designated Copyright Agent:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the judicial district where your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Donald Trump Gesundheit may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of the alleged infringement.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the removed material or cease disabling access to it within 10 to 14 business days, unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity related to the material on our system.
